How to lodge a return or claim

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or evidence where applicable

All claims are assessed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and will be resolved as promptly as possible.

Additional notes

  • Items must be returned in their original condition unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
  • We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet ACL requirements.
